Manager, Software Development

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to lead multiple teams of Software Developers and QA Engineers, focusing on delivering a top-tier developer experience. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of technical needs developers face and has a track record of building platforms that enhance the developer experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of solid engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience leading software development teams
• Proven experience managing teams of 10+ developers and delivering developer-focused products
• Strong technical expertise in back-end and front-end development technologies
• Solid understanding of developer experience best practices
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience
