Senior Software QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software QA Automation Engineer to join our team in Pune, India. As a member of the team, you will create, grow, and manage a distributed network of marketplaces and applications.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in manual and automation testing for large-scale web applications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle, and working in Agile environments (Jira)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across frontend, backend, and full web application stack
• Proficient with automation tools like Cypress, and experience in test automation using NodeJS, Puppeteer (or similar)
• Basic hands-on knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker), build tools (Maven, Gradle), and source control tools (Git, Bitbucket)
• SQL fundamentals (preferably MySQL, MongoDB)
• Comfortable with Unix/Linux commands
• Familiarity with microservice architecture, browser debugging tools, and monitoring tools like Datadog
• Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Flexibility to collaborate with global, remote teams across different time zones
