Project Trainer (Annotation Project)

Appen is seeking a proactive and experienced Trainer to join our Data Annotation Project. The ideal candidate will have a background in data annotation or customer management, strong training and coaching skills, and the resilience needed to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of work experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or management role
• Responsible for coaching team members to improve performance
• Capable of building a strong team and managing overall staff retention
• Proficient in monitoring team KPI data
• College graduate or higher
• English language proficiency at Level B1
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
