Technical Implementation Consultant

Appian is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to join their Customer Success team. This role involves engaging with customers after-sales, developing software solutions using Appian’s low-code platform for commercial clients. The consultant will work throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to application launch and collaboration with technical teams and clients. They will empower clients to become self-sufficient with building application processes.

Requirements

• Ability to work with clients to define business processes and gather functional and technical system requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• History of success on cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of software testing practices
• Knowledge of database design/data modeling and SQL skills
• B.S./B.A. in related field/degree
• 20% willingness to travel
