Job Description
Applaudo is looking for an Associate Visual Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate is an early-career designer motivated to grow, learn, and continuously improve their craft. The role involves collaborating with designers and stakeholders to create high-quality visual materials for web, mobile, and internal communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Service Design, or a related field
- 2–3 years of professional experience in visual or graphic design
- Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals, typography, composition, and visual best practices
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strong visual execution skills with attention to detail and consistency across deliverables
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to present ideas and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to work directly with US-based clients
