The Sales Development Representative will create demos for our Account Executives by making outbound phone calls and sending outbound emails to our lead lists. The role involves outbound engagement, product representation, prospect education, demo scheduling, and trade show engagement.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding SDR quotas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with using sales CRMs (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) to manage prospecting and pipeline activities
- Ability to work in a remote environment with excellent time management, a reliable internet connection, and zero noticeable latency
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift within the hours of 7 AM – 7 PM EST to support client needs and outreach strategies
