Cellular Software Development Engineer

Apple’s Cellular Software team is seeking talented engineers to develop and improve cellular technologies that integrate with iPhones, iPads, Watches, and other wireless products. The team focuses on user experience and is passionate about disrupting the cellular ecosystem. This role involves a variety of cellular technologies and provides flexibility in design and implementation.

Requirements

• At least 2-8 years’ experience with cellular protocol stacks
• Strong Software Engineering skills including design, programming (C, C++, script) and debugging (GDB, LLDB)
• Experience on Telephony / Modem Interface / Non-Access Stratum / Access Stratum / L1 Layers
• Good understanding of 3GPP/ETSI standards
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related engineering discipline
• Highly motivated and self-directed
• Excellent problem-solving skills
