JP-Manager

Lead a team, developing and empowering each member to learn, grow, and achieve goals. Assist with recruiting, training, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team. Interact with team members and customers, model good practices, and ensure business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered. Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies. Maintain company policies and procedures and protect company assets.

Requirements

• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
• Be proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
• Have experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.
