Software Engineer, Data Solutions & Initiatives

This is a senior software engineering role focused on building and delivering high-quality, scalable web applications. The role involves collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers, and ownership of the full web application lifecycle from debugging to implementation. Mentoring and research are also key parts of the position.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and maintaining high-performant, responsive and user-friendly web applications
• Expert in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, with mastery of at least one modern framework
• Experience with designing and implementing APIs
• Comprehensive knowledge of web stack fundamentals, performance optimization techniques and security
• Strong UX/UI design understanding
• Cloud platform expertise for deploying scalable, reliable solutions
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to guide teams through iterative planning, execution, and delivery processes
• Understanding of designing for resilience and self-healing capabilities
