Technical Program Manager, Mac Input Accessories

This position is for a Technical Program Manager focusing on leading the development and ramp of new product introductions (NPI) within the company. The role involves ensuring manufacturing efficiency, quality, performance, cost, and readiness. The PM will lead teams across different functions, manage suppliers, and drive continuous improvement efforts to deliver impactful results. Flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills are key.

Requirements

• Lead with accountability for manufacturing efficiency, yield, quality, performance, cost and readiness from new product introduction to ramp volume.
• Anticipate and adopt innovations to improve performance and manage expectations with suppliers.
• Partner with contract manufacturers (CMs) and internal multi-functional teams to meet shared objectives.
• Develop and implement the process, assembly fixtures, equipment DFM, and technical program management.
• Adapt to problem and approach a problem flexibly.
• Manage suppliers performance through process management control (PMP)
• Objective measurement systems, SOP documentation, audits and on line verification.
• Effective executive communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Fluent English proficiency, including spoken and written.
