Wireless SoC RF Integration and Validation Engineer

The role involves developing and integrating RF end-to-end control sequences and verifying them with emulation systems. Responsibilities include designing RF block and calibration, optimizing performance (Psat, Mask, IP3, ACPR, phase noise, lock time, return loss), and developing RF test benches. The engineer will also create RF Calibrations and test for wafer ATE and module ATE production. The role involves writing scripts for RF signal analysis and data generation.

Requirements

• BS and 0-3 years of relevant industry experience
• Solid experience of RF parametric testing (IP3, NF, ACPR, phase noise, load pull)
• Strong working knowledge of RF test equipments (network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, vector signal analyzer, vector signal generator)
• Strong Wireless RF background and familiarity with RF systems fundamentals, RF transceiver architectures
• Proficiency with understanding RFIC block-level design schematics
• Some experience of RF PCB board design, debug, and development
