Manager, Application Engineering - North America

Applied Intuition is seeking a Regional Application Engineering Manager to lead and scale a world-class team of Application Engineers responsible for customer onboarding, integrations, training, and technical support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in application engineering, customer success engineering, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Hands-on people management experience leading technical or customer-facing engineering teams
• Strong technical capabilities, including the ability to coach engineers
• Proven ability to scope and deliver complex technical engagements across engineering functions to drive customer value and adoption
• Strong customer presence and communication skills—able to work with autonomy developers, QA teams, and senior technical leaders
