Equipment Engineer (m/f/d) - for semiconductor industry

We are looking for an Experienced Equipment Engineer to help us build and maintain the advanced tools that power the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and collaborate on tool installation, qualification, and ramp-up activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in equipment engineering within the semiconductor industry
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor process tools, cleanroom protocols, and equipment lifecycle
• Proven success in downtime reduction, maintenance optimization, and spare part strategy
• Familiarity with CE marking, safety standards, and ergonomic design
• Solid project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities
