Requirements

• Ensure project and program objectives are defined and necessary activities are completed
• Complete projects and programs in accordance with predetermined requirements
• Document all phases of project, program, and/or process development
• Responsible for departmental budgets and spending requirements
• Assign work to subordinate staff, providing for professional development and maximum productivity
• Spearhead research and development of new technologies
• Oversee the development, support, maintenance, and implementation of all projects handled by the BU/technology group
