Metrology / Application Engineer

The Metrology and Application Engineer will be responsible for operating advanced metrology and characterization tools, developing applications recipes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support process and technology needs.

Requirements

• Operate metrology and characterization tools
• Develop and maintain metrology recipes and applications
• Create and maintain SOPs and BKMs
• Generate and maintain SPC charts
• Maintain detailed tool logs
• Support technical discussions with vendors
