Operations Manager

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee production and operation functions, prioritize production schedules, and ensure timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to develop personnel, and analyze processes to improve manufacturing capabilities.

Requirements

• Supervises employees involved in production and/or operation functions
• Prioritizes production schedules based on available manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity and materials requirements
• Participates in operational meetings, supports development and tracking of organization performance metrics
• Ensures timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction
• Oversees the prevention of employee accidents and injuries
• Develops personnel, manages performance management process, and manages employee selection, hiring, reward and discipline processes
