Job Description
Applied Materials is seeking a skilled Process Support Engineer (PSE) to join our Hsinchu R&D team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support for semiconductor process technologies, specializing in one or more of the following areas: Metal Deposition (MDP), Dielectric Deposition (DDP), Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Etch, Front End Process (FEP), Epitaxy (EPI), Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP), or Ion Implantation (IMP).
Requirements
- Master's degree in chemistry/ physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or technical support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in process development or equipment troubleshooting
- Familiar with Applied Materials' platforms is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English (TOEIC Certification 550+ required; 750+ preferred) and Mandarin
