Job Description
We are looking for a Safety Engineer IV to join our team at Applied Materials. The successful candidate will support multiple business accounts within the region to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements
- Provide technical EHS expertise to regional sites and account teams
- Conduct routine site assessments, audits, and risk evaluations
- Lead incident investigations and develop follow-up action plans
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs across assigned sites
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of EHS management systems
- Collaborate with site and regional leadership to drive safety initiatives
- Ensure accurate reporting of EHS metrics and compliance records
- Assist with industrial hygiene assessments and emergency response planning
- Guide engineering and operational teams on equipment design and process safety
- Act as a liaison between corporate EHS and site teams
