Senior SW Engineer

Applied Materials is a global leader in materials engineering solutions used to produce virtually every new chip and advanced display in the world. As a Senior SW Engineer, you will work with multiple groups and stakeholders to define and promote various complex software solutions, develop software solutions for various SW Products, and troubleshoot complex software issues. You will contribute your expertise in intricate systems, deciphering code, and anticipating software behaviors to ensure Applied remains the leader in the semiconductor and display sectors.

Requirements

• BSc. in Computer Science/Computer Engineering
• 4-7 years of experience in backend/server-side development
• Experience with Java, Python, or other programming languages
• Kubernetes / micro services experience
• Strong knowledge of system software architecture of large distributed systems
• Good communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
