Supplier Manufacturing Engineer

Supplier Manufacturing Engineer responsible for providing technical leadership to the assigned manufacturing operations team and managing overall supplier quality management systems.

Requirements

• Experience in direct manufacturing and industry experience in precision machining, OEM products, contract manufacturing, and special finishing processes such as painting, coating, plating, and cleaning.
• Well-versed in quality management systems and methodologies.
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping, Creative problem solving using 8D methodology, Manufacturing/machining process development and qualification, Program/project management, and GD&T and Engineering Drawing Interpretation.
• Knowledge of Design of Experiments, statistical process control methods, and PFMEA theory, Knowledge of Metrology design and Measurement Equipment, and Understanding the broad scope of a factory's methods and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, Strong team player, and Working knowledge of Excel and SAP.
