Applied Materials is seeking a Talent Development Expert to lead, design, develop, and facilitate management and organization development strategies and solutions in Asia Pacific.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in organization development and/or management development
• Strategic and systems thinking; complex change management
• Demonstrate well-developed interpersonal skills, communication skills, and diplomacy
• Instructional design with focus on designing management development solutions
• Experienced in TD program management and using practical tools/models for leadership, management, organization, team, and talent improvement interventions
