Job Description
We're looking for a Sr. UX Designer to join our US Employee Benefits team in a remote or hybrid setting. The Sr. UX Designer will handle projects across multiple products and ultimately be accountable for the delivery, quality, and success of the product's user experience throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX, preferably in commercial software and enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills
- Excellent understanding of user experience research methodologies and design principles
- Proficiency in creating prototypes using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, etc.
