Job Description
Apptronik is building robots to improve the human experience and alleviate the labor shortage. They are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to develop high-performance robotic agents, focusing on locomotion and manipulation challenges. This role involves implementing, iterating, and deploying advanced learning algorithms on hardware, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with various teams.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on expertise with RL frameworks (PyTorch, JAX) and physics simulators (MuJoCo, IsaacGym).
- Mastery of Python for rapid prototyping and training.
- Experience building and optimizing large-scale distributed training pipelines.
- A strong understanding of modern reinforcement learning techniques.
- Experience with robot dynamics and controls theory.
