We are expanding our leadership team with a VP of Technology who will ensure our core platforms and systems can support the next phase of growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years in technology leadership roles, ideally in high-scale SaaS or platform-driven businesses.
- Master’s Degree on Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant fields.
- Proven success in scaling complex distributed systems and leading infrastructure/platform/SRE functions.
- Strong track record of cost optimization and efficient scaling.
- Background working closely with product, security, and executive stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of platform engineering and developer experience.
- Hands-on credibility: not daily coding, but able to review, challenge, and mentor at a deep technical level.
- Collaborative style: Able to partner with VP of Engineering, CISO, CTO, and product leadership.
- Strong communicator: Able to explain technical trade-offs to both engineers and non-technical executives.
- Low ego, high trust builder: Comfortable in a leadership team where roles are complementary.
