The Senior Human Resources Generalist plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive HR support across multiple business units, including managing HR functions, supporting employee relations, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business leaders and employees
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment
- HR Certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is ideally preferred but not required
- Experience in working in a similar role within a technology, software provider, SaaS, Digital or technical sales environment is preferred

- Target Compensation: Annual base salary target of $90,000 to $110,000
