Job Description
Aprio is seeking a Manager, Accounting and Financial Reporting to lead technical accounting processes, prepare audited financial statements, manage financial audits, and ensure compliance with US GAAP. This role involves a combination of data analysis, technical expertise, and strong interpersonal skills, working with a rapidly growing advisory firm in both the US and the Philippines. Requirements
- Lead the preparation and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Oversee the annual financial audit process and coordinate with auditors.
- Serve as the technical accounting subject-matter expert for the accounting team, providing guidance on complex accounting topics.
- Manage consolidation activities for acquired entities.
- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with US GAAP.
