Analyste fonctionnel ServiceNow Senior

As a Senior Functional ServiceNow Analyst, you will analyze business needs and translate them into functional solutions on the ServiceNow platform, working closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements while respecting ITSM and ITIL best practices.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in functional analysis, with demonstrated expertise in implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform and/or in the ITSM domain.
• Excellent understanding of business processes and ability to model them into viable functional solutions.
• Strong technical and functional documentation skills, with attention to detail and clarity of deliverables.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes, with the ability to align business needs with these standards.
• Experience in managing functional testing, solution validation, and end-user support.
• ITIL and/or ServiceNow certification is highly desirable.
