Job Description
Join our Business Intelligence team to support reporting and automation initiatives across Commercial Analysis. You'll work with Revenue Analytics, Technology, and Data teams to design data models, build insightful dashboards, and deliver actionable reports for users at all levels.
Requirements
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear deliverables
- Design data models and reporting solutions with Technology/Data teams
- Develop organized reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business decisions
- Align reporting assets with long-term BI strategy
- Identify and curate new data sources and datasets
- Use automation to monitor data quality and report accuracy
- Support ad-hoc and self-service reporting needs
- Train users on reporting tools and dashboards
- Ensure secure, timely report distribution via BI platforms (MicroStrategy, Alteryx, Redshift)
- Collaborate on product lifecycle and feedback with Analytics Product team
- Optimize data processes with DBA team
- Provide production support and assist with BI infrastructure maintenance
