AI Solution Developer

Requirements

• Design and develop solutions for improving internal efficiency and features in our core product.
• Collect, clean, and analyze datasets for AI model training/testing; insights.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement workflows
• Create technical documentation for AI prototypes and workflows; prepare internal presentations and guides
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and share knowledge internally.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and proven experience delivering solutions where Gen AI was central.
• Experience with agent-building frameworks.
• Proficient in C#,.Net technology and Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience with working on Azure or other Cloud platforms
• Solid software engineering skills, including architecture basics and design patterns.
• Experience with API design (REST, MCP) and knowledge of established and emerging standards.
• Domain expertise in financial systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• EU work permit.
