Job Description

This role involves providing individual counseling in a team setting, utilizing the aptihealth platform, and improving patient outcomes. Aptihealth is looking for a clinical social worker to provide care in a remote setting.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent clinical level license
- 3+ years’ experience providing individual counseling
- Must possess an unrestricted New York license
