Engineering Project Leader

As an Engineering Project Leader at Aptiv, you will be responsible for technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and team management in developing advanced safety systems and high-performance electrification solutions for the automotive industry. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to manage engineering deliverables, lead cross-functional teams, and drive corrective action. Your background and required skills include a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 10 years of experience in electronic control systems, and proficiency in technical reporting and summary. You will be part of a team working with Volvo Cars and commercial vehicle OEMs in Europe.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10 years of experience in Development of Electronic Control (Systems Engineering, Hard- & Software Engineering)
• Product Development Process knowledge and experience
• Proficiency in technical reporting and summary
• Ability to work in a virtual team environment
• Ability to network & collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization
• Team oriented and self-driven
• Planning / organizing skills
• Customer contact experience
• Honesty in relation with company, clients and co-operators
• Understanding and using Servant Leadership
• Excellent Communication skills in English language
