Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Team Lead & Business Controller to support our Controlling team in daily financial reporting, analysis, and month-end activities. The role involves close cooperation with various departments, preparing financial data, and contributing to the accuracy of our financial results.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Finance / Controlling / Accounting
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and ability to work with data
- Self-driven, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and good Excel skills; Anaplan is a plus
- Experience and knowledge of Polish accounting principles and controlling practices
