Graduate, Finance Leadership Development Programme 2025

Aptiv's Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a rotational program aimed at developing Aptiv's finance leaders of tomorrow. Participants will rotate through 3 assignments, each lasting 12 months, and gain experience in various areas of finance, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Tax & Government Affairs, and more.

Requirements

• Graduates and final year students majoring in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Practical experience in finance or accounting is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills
• Flexible, adaptable and geographically mobile.
• Leadership capability – campus or other organization leadership experience ideal.
