We are looking for a VAVE Leader to help shape the future of EDS and deliver industry-leading solutions to top automotive manufacturers. The role involves leading material cost reduction activities, establishing communication with teams, and implementing new project plans.
Requirements
- Solid technical knowledge of harnesses and components
- Strong project and EC management expertise
- Advanced MS Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word; Access knowledge is a plus
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated leadership, coordination, and project management skills
- Ability to manage risks and identify opportunities
- Excellent internal and external communication skills
- Strong presentation skills in clear, business-friendly language
- Experience in collaborative, team-oriented environments
