Job Description
The SMD Project Manager is responsible for coordinating multiple projects, managing time effectively, and communicating with customers and vendors to complete projects on time and on budget. The role involves preparing submittal packages, visiting construction projects, and ensuring accurate ordering and delivery of materials.
Requirements
- Multitasking and organization skills
- Understanding of commercial construction sequencing and project lifecycle
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Experience with construction-based software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
