Job Description
Aptus Health Care is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join their team. SLPAs will assist Speech Language Pathologists in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with communication and swallowing disorders, contributing to improving overall quality of life. Requirements
- Associate's degree in Speech Language Pathology Assistant program
- State licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant
- Strong knowledge and application of speech therapy techniques and strategies
- Experience in providing therapy to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
