Asistente de Contabilidad

The Accounting Assistant provides support to the accounting team and is responsible for assisting accountants with basic accounting tasks and record-keeping.

Requirements

• Invoicing, collections, and payment management for clients.
• Management and control of suppliers.
• Bank statement reconciliation.
• Management and control of accounts receivable.
• Fixed asset and intangible asset depreciation and amortization support.
• Support with preparation of financial reports.
• Tax adjustments: VAT, withholdings, and other local taxes.
• Respond to financial reporting requirements.
• Keep all accounting records up to date.
• Prepare utility, supplier, and payroll payments.
• Verify causality between payroll and pension contributions.
• Support in the administrative area: cash, treasury, and human resources.
• Management of advances and legalizations.
• Preparation of accounting documents: expense vouchers, cash receipts, accounting notes, purchase and sale invoices.
• Preparation of accounting reports.
• Execution of ad hoc requests as needed.
