Job Description
AQ Technology Partners is seeking a full-time Associate to join its Investment Banking team, specializing in Software Investment Banking. This role involves executing M&A and growth capital transactions, assisting senior bankers, and contributing to business development initiatives. The position offers a fast-paced environment and opportunity for career growth within the software investment banking sector.
Requirements
- Current MBA student graduating Spring 2026
- 2–4 years of prior professional experience in investment banking, private equity/venture capital, management / strategy consulting, or corporate finance (FP&A, Corp Dev, etc.)
- Demonstrated excellence in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and strategic problem solving
- Strong academic record and leadership experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Deep interest in software, technology, and M&A
