AEM Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking an experienced AEM Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of marketing content and workflows delivered through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard. The selected candidate will design and execute end-to-end test strategies, identify defects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality digital marketing solutions.

Requirements

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for AEM and Adobe Campaign workflows.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to understand requirements and define testing objectives.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for AEM components, assets, email templates, and push notification flows.
• Validate email rendering and deliverability across multiple email clients, browsers, and devices, ensuring cross-device compatibility.
• Test push notifications on iOS and Android devices for accurate delivery, formatting, and functionality.
• Conduct accessibility audits in compliance with WCAG standards and perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities.
• Identify automation opportunities and create automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and other frameworks.
• Document, track, and manage defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams.
• Re-test bug fixes and verify that issues meet quality standards before deployment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support successful releases and ensure overall product quality.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in AEM, Adobe Campaign, QA methodologies, and testing tools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, frameworks, and best practices.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality benchmarks, timelines, and compliance requirements.
