Job Description
Aqilea is looking for a Senior QA Tester to design, build, and scale robust automation solutions using Selenium, Java, and TestNG. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in automation frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD integration, along with the ability to guide teams in transitioning from manual to automated testing.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust automation frameworks
- Collaborate with QA teams to drive the transition from manual testing to automation
- Create, execute, and maintain automated test suites for UI functional testing, regression testing, and API testing
- Integrate automation test execution into CI/CD pipelines
- Implement and manage test execution reports
- Work closely with Product, Development, and QA teams to ensure quality, reliability, and stability across releases
- Analyze automation failures, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions
- Continuously enhance automation coverage and maintain test scripts in line with evolving product features and requirements
