AQR is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be on the front lines of representing AQR and our values for the lateral recruitment process and will work to ensure a positive, high quality candidate and client experience.
Requirements
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of lateral openings across all departments
- Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skill, leadership capabilities, cultural alignment, and long-term potential
- Influence and partner with demanding stakeholders, ensuring alignment on hiring strategy, process, and timelines
- Maintain exceptional communication with candidates, hiring managers, HRBPs, and business leaders
- Interface with external recruiters daily regarding lateral searches; negotiate contracts with key terms
- Compile various reports as needed sometimes on a weekly and monthly basis
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal clients
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience to all applicants ensuring a positive impression of AQR
- Assist in ad hoc HR projects as needed
