Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline, not just leads
- Hands-on experience running ABM programs with clear commercial impact
- Deep platform expertise: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot (or similar) — you execute yourself
- Experience across the full demand stack: paid, content, email, website conversion
- Strong analytical skills: dashboards, attribution, funnel metrics, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience translating revenue targets into pipeline plans
- Comfortable testing new channels and challenging existing playbooks
