AIC- Lab Intern (Chemical Engineering)

Join Aquatech in our Canonsburg, PA office as a Chemical Engineering Intern and gain hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting pilot equipment, collecting and analyzing process data, and supporting scale-up efforts for industrial separation systems.

Requirements

• Assist with setup, operation, and monitoring of pilot-scale process equipment
• Support integrated system testing and troubleshooting activities
• Collect, log, and analyze process data (flows, pressures, temperatures, chemical dosing, etc.)
• Support mass balance calculations and performance tracking
• Assist with laboratory sample preparation and analytical testing
• Help maintain equipment, organize lab space, and update SOPs
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to safe laboratory practices
• Support preparation of technical summaries and internal reports
