Human Resources Manager- Aramark Collegiate Hospitality

As the Human Resources Manager, you will provide HR generalist support for Aramark at Middle Tennessee State University, leading and supporting the organization, identifying best practices, and mentoring line managers. You will also be responsible for day-to-day HR functions, issue resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Recruiting, staffing, hiring, training, development, coaching, incentives, and disciplinary procedures
• Issue resolution, follow up and recommendations for account employee relations issues
• Create and implement internal HR processes and procedures within ARAMARK guidelines
• Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
