Requirements
- Source and engage passive and active candidates for business‐critical and strategic roles.
- Build and maintain forward‐looking talent pipelines to anticipate future needs.
- Support urgent requisition‐based sourcing during periods of high demand.
- Deliver accurate market intelligence, competitive insights, and candidate trends to influence hiring decisions.
- Share qualified candidates across lines of business to reduce candidate waste and increase enterprise‐wide mobility.
- Partner closely with TA Partners, HR leaders, and business executives to understand talent needs and upcoming demand.
- Promote the employer brand through various channels to attract top talent.
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of candidate activity in ATS/CRM systems.
- Track and report on key sourcing metrics, such as conversion rates, offers, etc to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
