VP Operations - Site

This is a VP Operations - Site role responsible for the overall operation of a major contracted-services account generating $80M+ in revenue. The incumbent will lead a team and drive improvement in operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and client retention.

Requirements

• Manage all facets of the area including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service
• Drive new sales growth within existing client base and ensure delivery of exceptional customer service
• Develop short- and long-term operational strategies and lead the design, development, and execution of those strategies
• Lead and manage a highly productive, motivated and driven team
• Partner with business unit leaders and other key stakeholders to inspire change and implement new business processes
