Aramco Trading Americas (ATA) is seeking a Senior Counsel with expertise in Regulatory Trade Compliance to support ATA's commercial business and related regulatory compliance workstreams.

Requirements

• Provide advice and counsel on trade compliance issues
• Support and serve as lead counsel for regulatory inquiries and investigations
• Assist in the design and implementation of company-wide regulatory compliance programs
• Manage external counsel to ensure delivery of high-quality legal advice
• Facilitate risk assessments and monitoring of the trade compliance program
