Manage and oversee documents for a particular project or entire organization, ensuring proper categorization, storage, retrieval, and distribution. Maintain and manage important documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and stored securely.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in business administration, information management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in document control
- Proficiency in document management software (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, Documentum) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in Document Control is a plus
