Requirements
- Extensive experience (3+ years) in Learning and Development (L&D) and Education Technology solutions
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools
- Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Ability to drive change and innovation within a learning environment
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex L&D programs on time and within budget
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders
