1st Shift Production Supervisor

The 1st Shift Production Supervisor leads and provides direction to a team of production hourly positions supporting all tactical and strategic objectives for the Production functions.

Requirements

• Expertise in Production Processes
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Minimum of a high school or high school equivalent education
• Prefer 3 to 5 years' experience at a supervisory level with production responsibilities as a focus
• Manufacturing experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
